“Hello everyone.” A newscaster says while smiling at the camera. “We have just received word that Anthony Mancini was apprehended in Cambodia shortly after his wrestling match. We have gotten word that the Director of the Operation has a few details for us.”
The camera swipes to a recorded message of the Director standing in front of a Cambodian police station.
“With the help of local authorities we have indeed captured Anthony Mancini. We are currently interviewing him to see what kind of information we can get from him. So far he hasn’t said anything and is exercising his Fifth Amendment rights, and we are currently awaiting the arrival of his lawyer.”
“But what about The Triad?” A reporter asks.
“All I can tell you is that the Triad should be the least of Mr. Mancini’s worries. We have him attached to several crimes along the East Coast and we are looking to fully prosecute.” The Director smiles. “We have also made contact with with partner in the Trials as Mr. ALIAS, and have gotten nowhere with him as we don’t think he’s attached in any way. We simply asked if he knew anything and received an answer of… well I’m not at liberty to disclose.”
“But sir.” The reporter attempts to follow up but is shut down.
“As this is an ongoing investigation that’s all I’m at liberty to say at this moment. Thank you for your time.” The Director walks away as the camera cuts back to the newscaster.
“Well it seems as if Mancini’s time in the trials is just about up. Well in other news…”
